Duties & Responsibilities

The primary quality contact for PCB/flex supplier quality and technology. The role is responsible to monitor supplier quality performance in a regular base. Also the role is expected to develop and qualify new supplier with Procurement team. Major duties include supplier quality issue FA and RCCA follow-up DFM review with supplier and R&D team supplier process audit capacity audit and supplier performance monitor manage supplier change and provide technical support to suppliers.

We expect the candidate to bring rich PCB/flex background of both process and quality. The candidate has willing to work flexible hours to accommodate worldwide facilities and suppliers in different time zones.

Accept to be relocated to Penang or Thailand based on business needs.

Qualification & Requirements

Familiar with PCB related Reliability Test UL requirements
Expert in IPC and 6013 is minimum
Understanding of Multi Source Agreement (MSA) for transceiver industry a plus Proficient in quality tools such as 8D MSA SPC DOE FEMA etc. 6 Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus. Ability to use data analysis tools such as Minitab and JMP
Familiar with various quality systems such as ISO9001/14000 IATF16949
Understanding of Mix Flowing Gas requirements for connectors (pluggable PCBs) a plus
Expert in process/quality control of rigid and flex PCB.
Good written and verbal English communication skills impressive presentation skill.
Software: PADs layout Minitab AutoCAD CAM350 and Polar impedance Agile
Can make decisions independently on specific tasks
Excels in a cross-organizational global team environment.
Able to support a flexible work schedule due to collaboration with multiple worldwide facilities
