Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing patient treatment plans developed by Physical Therapists
- Provide one-on-one patient care in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
- Support patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain a safe and supportive therapy environment
- Collaborate with therapy and clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required at time of submission
- First-time professionals accepted
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in a structured outpatient setting
- No weekend on-call or floating requirements
