Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing patient treatment plans developed by Physical Therapists
Provide one-on-one patient care in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
Support patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
Maintain a safe and supportive therapy environment
Collaborate with therapy and clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required at time of submission
First-time professionals accepted
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently in a structured outpatient setting
No weekend on-call or floating requirements
