Role Overview
The Analyst Ticket Distribution & Sponsorship Coordination (L08) supports the execution governance and optimization of TDs ticketing and sponsorship programs. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end operational processes related to ticket inventory client entertainment allocations sponsorship fulfillment and internal tracking and reporting.
Key Accountabilities
Manage centralized ticket inventory and client entertainment allocations.
Coordinate sponsorship intake tracking legal review and payment processing.
Maintain accurate records trackers and audit-ready documentation.
Support compliance with client entertainment ABAC and internal governance requirements.
Prepare reporting and reconciliations for leadership and stakeholders.
Partner with Events Legal Finance Compliance and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
35 years of experience in operations coordination or analytical roles.
Strong organizational communication and analytical skills.
Experience in regulated or risk-aware environments preferred.

Education & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree
- 3 years relevant experience
