CNA License MN license in-hand required. RN/LPN License MN license in-hand or proof of application required (2-3 weeks via mail 5-10 business days via email for processing). Saint Benedicts MN license in-hand is required. DO NOT submit if they have not applied for the license. Vaccines Medical/Religious exemption form required with submittal. Labs - Travelers are required to go to the lab within 48 hours of signing or risk cancellation. Livescan Fingerprinting MN residents and non-MN residents must commit to completing this within 48 hours of signing or risk cancellation. All travelers MUST complete fingerprinting in person in MN on the Monday prior to their Monday start . This is a MN State Requirement NO EXCEPTIONS.
