Sr. Manager, Manufacturing Business Planning

Position Summary

Position Summary:

• Oversees internal business control functions including the development implementation and evaluation of policies procedures and standards within the Mobile Production Center (MPC)
• Analyzes prepares and presents performance reports for MPC and its partner divisions and subsidiaries ensuring data-driven decision-making
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships across all organizational levels establishing and monitoring performance metrics to drive accountability and improvement
• Leads as a project champion in cross-divisional process improvement initiatives focusing on cost reduction and efficiency enhancement across all operational processes

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes annual business plans and forecasts ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategic priorities
• Conducts comprehensive analyses of business performance metrics identifying key trends and providing actionable insights to the management for informed decision-making
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather critical data insights and feedback ensuring effective communication and alignment on strategic initiatives
• Supports the creation of executive-level presentations and reports summarizing complex findings and strategic recommendations in a clear and concise manner
• Monitors industry trends and market dynamics delivering competitive intelligence to inform and refine strategic planning efforts
• Engages in ad-hoc projects and initiatives driving business growth and operational excellence through innovative solutions and process improvements

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in business finance accounting or engineering and 7 years experience in finance/accounting business control management strategy analytics supply chain management(SCM) customer service device or quality engineering in the mobile and service industry
• Korean language is preferred
• Experience working and communicating with cross-functional teams
