Were hiring a Head of Event & Activations to take full ownership of the business area at Redgert Comms in Stockholm. Were a leading PR and communications agency with offices across the Nordics Berlin the UK and the US working with brands on a global stage. Our Event & Activation team has delivered projects all over the world with big high-impact brand moments as well as smaller sharper experiences that still hit hard.
This is a senior role with real weight. You set the direction drive growth and make sure everything we put out lives up to the level we expect. No shortcuts no half-measures!
You lead Event & Activation end to end. From strategy to execution. You build the team shape the offer and push the work forward. Strong ideas tight execution and an eye for detail that doesnt slip even when things move fast.
The role
You are responsible for the full E&A business. Strategy commercial performance team development and delivery.
You represent E&A in new business lead key conversations with clients and make sure the work is both creatively strong and commercially sound.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the E&A strategy positioning and commercial roadmap
- Lead and grow the team across different levels of seniority
- Take a leading role in pitches and new business
- Build and maintain senior client relationships
- Be actively involved in key projects from concept to execution and contribute where it matters
- Set and uphold quality standards across all productions
- Make sure the right people are on the right projects
- Own the P&L and ensure healthy margins
- Build and maintain a strong network of freelancers and suppliers
- Work closely with PR and Creative Studio
- Make clear calls including saying no when needed
