Job Summary
VISTA Technology Services Inc. (VISTA) is seeking a Program Analyst II to support DISA customer located at Ft. Meade MD. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional results-oriented company.
Requirements:
- Develop and distribute weekly IMS status and schedule variance reports.
- Coordinate analyze and monitor Critical Path inputs and maintain the Critical Path Analysis Report.
- Participate in and support Critical Path Meetings (CPMs) including preparation of briefings and status reports.
- Identify schedule risks trigger dates and critical path impacts and communicate findings to Government stakeholders.
- Maintain a fully resourceloaded IMS with thousands of tasks.
- Analyze proposed schedule changes and assess impacts to program execution.
- Perform weekly analysis of cost schedule risk resources and performance to identify tasks at risk (30/60/90day outlook).
- Support program and acquisition reviews including QPRs IBRs PDRs CDRs and DAES briefings.
- Prepare and maintain IMS artifacts using DISAapproved tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Project Server PowerPoint Visio).
- Identify and elevate programlevel and productlevel issues affecting the IMS.
Qualifications:
- 4 years supporting DoD or otherfederal agencies or without a degree 6 yrs experience
- Proficient experience using MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) MS Teams and SharePoint.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
Salary at VISTA is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $50000.00to $75000.00(annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTAs total compensation package for employees. Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. Citizenship is required. For this position VISTA will consider only applicants with an active security clearance.
