TheSemiconductor Equipment Technician opportunity is in a high-volume semiconductor wafer manufacturing environment. This position is a replacement for the outgoing maintenance technician who supports the preventive maintenance performance verification repair and uptime of critical testfloor equipment. The technician will ensure continuity of maintenance operations across Keysight testers TEL probers and the TW03APVX probecard repair tool.
Therefore prior experience with these products is a distinct advantage.
Primary Duties:
- Perform quarterly PMs on TW03APVX probe-card repair tool
- Execute monthly semi-annual annual PMs on Keysight testers and TEL probers and annual PVs on Keysight testers
- Maintain PM records and ensure schedule adherence and coordinate with Keysight and TEL for support and quoting
- Provide first-response diagnosis and repair of testers and probers coordinate with TEL/Keysight when escalated support is required while reducing reliance on vendor repair visits by performing in-house triage
- Probe Card Repair support
- Support as needed for Class Probe Dispositioning of production material.
- Must be physically capable of standing for long periods of time (up to 12 hours) as well as lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable presenting issues and solutions
- Ability to work well in a diverse team environment and multitask
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and adjust to rapidly changing priorities
- Ability to produce results in a timely manner
- Must be self-motivated
- Provide innovative real time quick response and solutions to operational issues to help maintain manufacturing requirements while maintaining the highest level of quality.
- Utilize logical and objective data analysis to establish and track metrics to meet department goals.

- Solid knowledge of SPC and FDC and its use in troubleshooting and making improvements

Job Qualifications:
- Experience with 4071A / 4072B / 4082F testers and/or TEL P8 / P8XL / Precio Octo probers strongly preferred
- (AS BS) degree preferred ideally in Electrical engineering or similar science based degree or 6 years of semiconductor test equipment mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of Excel ASP Word and PowerPoint are required
- Familiarity with SharePoint HTML and SQL are a plus
