ITA is seeking a Vice President Technology Solutions to join the team in a hybrid position out of Headquarters in Newport News Virginia.

As theVice President Technology Solutionsyou will oversee our companys technological development and innovation roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals. You willbe responsible forleading our technology strategy(both internal and customer facing) managing our technology resourcescontributing to new business pursuitsand driving technology initiatives across the organization.

• Technology Strategy:Develop and implement acustomer focusedtechnology strategy that supports and aligns with the companys overall goals andobjectives.

• Innovation Leadership:Lead the research and development efforts to innovate and introducenew technologies products and solutions.

• Team Management:Build and manage a high-performing technology team providing leadership guidance and mentorship.

• Technology Infrastructure:Oversee the design development and maintenance of ourinternaltechnology infrastructure to ensure scalability security and reliability.

• Collaboration:Work closely with other executives departments stakeholders academia industry and otherstodevelopsolutions.

• Budget Management:Manage the technology budget effectively ensuring resources areallocatedappropriately and projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.

• Risk Management:Identifyand mitigate technology-related risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementse.g.CMMC.

• Vendor Management:Evaluate and manage external technology partners and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Masters in Computer Scienceor relatedtechnical fieldrequired.

• Mastersin Business Administrationpreferred.

• 8 years of related defense industry experiencewith proventrack recordof leadingmultipledisciplinarydepartments to include OperationsBusinessDevelopment and Technology.
• Active Secret security clearance.

• Previousexperience as a multi-functional project team leader with the proven ability to drive projects to closure.

• Excellent business acumen and financial analysis skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

• Excellent verbal written and listening skills including the ability to effectively present concepts and proposals to senior leadership and board levels.

• Proven strategic planning and project leadership capabilities.

• Ability to make decisions based on limited input and/or information.
