Data Analyst

Team Red Dog is hiring a remote Data Analyst for our client a global technology leader focused on delivering enterprise-scale IT support and data-driven service excellence. This role centers on building high-quality reporting dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI Azure and modern data platforms to support operational decision-making. Youll work with ServiceNow and enterprise data sources to ensure data integrity develop pipelines and surface insights that directly improve service performance. This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to AI/ML-driven analytics initiatives while enhancing a centralized reporting ecosystem used across the business.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

1. Strong Power BI expertise building dashboards data models and using DAX for business insights
2. Experience with Azure (including Azure Machine Learning and/or Microsoft Fabric) to support data pipelines and analytics solutions
3. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow data and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules
4. Working knowledge of SQL and Kusto Query Language (KQL) for querying and transforming data

How you will make an impact:
Design build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports across multiple data sources
Develop and maintain data pipelines for ingesting and transforming enterprise data
Ensure data accuracy through validation testing and UAT processes
Identify and resolve data discrepancies partnering with engineering and support teams
Build AI/ML solutions to uncover trends patterns and anomalies
Improve usability and interactivity of dashboards based on stakeholder feedback
Deliver training sessions to help users understand and leverage reporting tools
Collaborate cross-functionally to support new analytics initiatives and enhancements

The expertise you bring:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Analytics or a related technical field
24 years of experience in data analysis reporting or business intelligence
Strong experience with Power BI including visualization modeling and DAX
Experience working with Azure data services and/or Microsoft Fabric
Familiarity with ServiceNow data and ITSM environments
Proficiency in SQL and/or KQL
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
