We areseekinga strategic and experienced Director Faculty Marketing to lead all facultyeducationand research marketing activity.
Theroleis responsible fordeveloping and deliveringinsight driven marketing programs thatbuild reputation strengthenthe Deakinbrand and drive demand for coursework andgraduateresearch programs.
Working closely with senior stakeholders including Executive Deans the Director translates university strategy into effective operational delivery that supports student recruitmentconversionand market share growth.
Leadingthefaculty marketing and research marketing teams the roleensureshighqualityevidencebasedservices that arestrategicallyalignedanddelivered efficiently&effectivelywithin a complex university environment.
AsDirector Faculty Marketingyou will:
Lead faculty marketing and research marketing strategy across all channels.
Drive student recruitment and conversion strategies.
Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships to align marketing priorities.
Lead develop and motivate teams to deliver highquality outcomes.
Oversee servicessystemsand initiatives driving continuous improvement.
Manage financial operational and people resources responsibly.
Establish governance planningreportingand risk management frameworks.
Lead change and embed sustainable improvements.
Use marketinsights and dataanalysisto inform strategy and measure effectiveness.
Lead stakeholder engagement communicationsplanningand content development.
To be successfulyoullhave:
Extensive experience leading a significant function or portfolio in a complex organisation.
Proven ability to translate strategy into operational outcomes.
Strong leadership and capability development experience.
Demonstrated financial and resource managementexpertise.
Experience in governance riskmanagementand continuous improvement.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
