What Youll Be Doing

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects and key decision-makers
• Build rapport quickly uncover needs and handle objections effectively
• Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team

Multi-Channel Outreach

• Engage prospects through phone email text and social media
• Support and execute targeted outreach campaigns
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and approach

CRM & Pipeline Management

• Track all outreach and activity within Salesforce (or similar CRM)
• Follow up consistently with warm and prospective leads
• Ensure a smooth and professional handoff to Outside Sales

What Were Looking For

• 35 years of B2B cold calling telemarketing or appointment setting experience
• Comfort with high-volume outbound activity
• Strong communication persuasion and objection-handling skills
• Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
• Self-motivated goal-oriented and dependable
• Experience in facility services or a related industry is a plus
