Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of media creative projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring creative initiatives are efficiently planned tracked and delivered across various marketing channels. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and enable high-quality creative output.
Responsibilities:
Creative Operations & Project Execution:
Support end-to-end creative project workflows including intake briefing scheduling and delivery tracking
Assist in gathering project requirements and identifying gaps or risks
Maintain detailed timelines status reports and tracking documentation
Ensure projects progress smoothly through all stages of the creative lifecycle
Workflow Communication & Coordination:
Coordinate communication between creative teams stakeholders and external partners
Organize and support meetings including status updates reviews and stand-ups
Document action items and ensure timely follow-ups
Escalate risks delays or resource conflicts as needed
Tools Systems & Reporting:
Maintain accurate tracking within project management tools (e.g. Workfront Microsoft Office)
Support continuous improvement of workflows templates and processes
Organize and maintain creative documentation and resources
Collaboration & Team Support:
Partner with creative design and production teams to support project execution
Collaborate with strategy sales and account management teams on deliverables
Contribute to a positive solution-oriented team environment
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Design Business Project Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
24 years of experience in creative operations project management or related roles
Experience working with creative or marketing teams (agency or media experience preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Workfront )
Familiarity with creative tools (e.g. Figma)
Strong Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills
Understanding of digital media channels (social video onsite/offsite) preferred
Competencies:
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management
Passion for creative excellence and operational efficiency
Working Conditions:
