Job Summary
Supervise daily laundry operations including washing drying ironing and packaging
Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance training and support
Maintain quality control standards and handle reworks where necessary
Coordinate with the front desk to manage order flow and customer expectations
Ensure proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment
Manage inventory of detergents and other supplies
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Enforce health safety and hygiene standards
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration or a related field
24 years experience in a supervisory role (laundry hospitality or retail preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic computer skills

Must be willing to work weekends and shifts
