Laundry Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the laundry business including front desk processing and delivery 

• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality 

• Supervise and manage staff including recruitment training scheduling and performance evaluation 

• Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered within agreed timelines 

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness hygiene and garment care 

• Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of supplies and equipment 

• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction 

• Track sales expenses and overall business performance; prepare regular reports 

• Implement strategies to increase revenue customer retention and operational efficiency 

• Ensure compliance with health safety and company policies 

Qualifications :

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND/BSc in Business Administration Management or a related field 

• 46 years relevant work experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role (laundry hospitality or retail preferred) 

• Strong leadership and team management skills 

• Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities 

• Good financial and business acumen 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools
