We are seeking an experienced B2B Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients at public and private companies. This role serves as the primary point of contact for senior executives aligning client needs with our data software and advisory solutions across governance executive compensation cyber and sustainability.
As a consultative partner the Enterprise Account Manager focuses on maintaining strong client relationships delivering actionable insights and identifying opportunities to expand engagement through upsell and crosssell initiatives. Success in this role requires commercial judgment relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to clearly articulate business value within an established book of business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own and grow a portfolio of existing corporate accounts driving strong retention and expansion revenue
Use a consultative sales approach to uncover client needs and position governance compensation sustainability and analytics solutions
Manage the full sales cycle for expansion and renewal business including discovery demos proposals negotiation and close
Build relationships with senior stakeholders including C-Suite legal HR investor relations and corporate secretaries
Partner crossfunctionally with advisory product and client service teams to deliver highquality outcomes
Contribute market and client feedback to inform product development and gotomarket strategy
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
3 years of experience in B2B account management consultative sales or client-facing roles
Experience working with corporate financial services legal or consulting clients is a plus
Superior analytical verbal and written skills
Able to work independently and as part of team
Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives at prospect firms

LOCATION
Washington DC: A modern open-floor workspace on Rhode Island Avenue in Northwest DC with an onsite gym and convenient metro access.
COMPENSATION
The Washington DC expected base pay range is $80000- $90000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills experience and level of education.
In addition to the base salary this role includes performance-based incentive compensation with total annual earnings potential aligned to individual performance.
