Enterprise Account Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and grow a portfolio of existing corporate accounts driving strong retention and expansion revenue

• Use a consultative sales approach to uncover client needs and position governance compensation sustainability and analytics solutions

• Manage the full sales cycle for expansion and renewal business including discovery demos proposals negotiation and close

• Build relationships with senior stakeholders including C-Suite legal HR investor relations and corporate secretaries

• Partner crossfunctionally with advisory product and client service teams to deliver highquality outcomes

• Contribute market and client feedback to inform product development and gotomarket strategy

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field

• 3 years of experience in B2B account management consultative sales or client-facing roles

• Experience working with corporate financial services legal or consulting clients is a plus

• Superior analytical verbal and written skills

• Able to work independently and as part of team

• Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives at prospect firms

LOCATION

• Washington DC: A modern open-floor workspace on Rhode Island Avenue in Northwest DC with an onsite gym and convenient metro access.

COMPENSATION

• The Washington DC expected base pay range is $80000- $90000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills experience and level of education.

• In addition to the base salary this role includes performance-based incentive compensation with total annual earnings potential aligned to individual performance.
