About the role

As a Security Concierge youll be the first point of contact and a key presence in creating a safe welcoming and professional environment for residents visitors and contractors. This dynamic role blends customer service with security requiring you to proactively patrol the premises respond to incidents and emergencies and provide helpful support to everyone who walks through the door. Youll be responsible for offering exceptional customer service to tenants de-escalating tense situations and ensuring daily operations run smoothly while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Hourly Rate:$18.00/per hour.
Shift Schedule: Saturday Sunday overnights (12am - 8 am)

What youre great at

• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing a high level of service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills including the ability to handle conflict and resolve disputes effectively.
• Ability to notice and document important details in security situations incidents and day-to-day operations.

What were looking for

• Familiarity with security procedures and emergency protocols. Previous experience in security or safety roles is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Must be able to stand walk or patrol the property for extended periods and handle physical tasks related to security duties (e.g. crowd control).
• Comfortable using basic technology such as security systems radio communication and computers for report writing
• Previous experience in security concierge or customer service roles preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings overnights weekends and holidays.
