Job Description:
准入支持&安全运营
- 与公司各部门通力合作提升公司各产品在辖区市场准入各环节的工作有效性
- 协助医保准入招标商务部门在医保招标议价集采相关工作地顺利进行
- 大准入相关部门所有学术项目的及时分享共同参与资源整合
- 与商务及商业渠道良好合作确保企业产品在当地医院的正常供应
- 有效掌控目标医疗机构安全运营的流程
准入医保目录的支持
- 与医保的核心药学专家密切合作并带领产品组及政府事务部积极拜访沟通产品核心信息组织对自费产品的药学高层沟通会议扩大产品声音获得专家认同
建立 KA管理体系
- KA档案数据库建立管理系统定期更新维护区域医院关键客户系统
- 与医院药事管理委员会药学会医院管理协会或其他与市场准入相关的组织或关键决策者保持良好互动关系以实现其对公司及产品的高度认可
- 与关键客户保持适度的拜访沟通积极了解其在医疗相关方面未被满足的潜在需求针对性制定并执行市场准入计划及时追踪进展并持续反馈以超越客户需求并提升其对公司的满意度最终实现患者获益
政策收集整理分析和报告
- 了解关键医院的医保/招标/进院等各项政策和其制定过程负责信息沟通和报告.
- 根据公司策略及时收集关键目标医院相关反馈.
- 收集区域内关键客户在医保招标药品管理和国家或地方相关政策执行的动态资讯并及时反馈 RHA.
项目管理
- 与区域内目标 KDM合作搭建高效学术合作和交流平台组织实施区域内重点医疗机构学术活动
- 遵守公司的相关政策和规定通过各项审计严格遵守合规和财务制度
- 费用控制在预算范围之内并获得产出遵守财务相关规定
Requirement:
- 本科或以上学历限医药或相关专业
- 8年以上医疗行业工作经验2年以上大客户管理经验至少一项独立突破全国 TOP10医疗机构准入成功经验
- 出色的团队合作意识和内外部跨职能多团队协作经验.拥有良好的沟通和谈判技巧卓越的解决问题能力
