Engineering Manager (Production)
Job Summary

Boeing Ukraine LLCBoeing Ukraine is currently looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Production Engineering Team in Kyiv Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans directs all project phases and acting as primary customer contact for project activities.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Implement policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
- Acquire resources for projects and processes coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between project and team finance sourcing and scheduling.
- Develop and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports.
- Manage via project deliverables all technical and functional staff assigned to the project.
- Identify and manage actively opportunities risks and issues to ensure effective resolution or mitigation and coordinate required activities to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and the associated critical path(s).
- Track and report project status relative to the approved business case and scope with transparency and insight into the overall health of the project.
- Develop and deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentation and Presentations.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team analyze results and investigate problem areas.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
- Effectively run Project meetings from project kick-off to Post-implementation Review ensuring all stakeholders meet their responsibilities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader temp manager large scale cross functional project/program management or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course Exploring Leadership.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology) Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- Upper-intermediate English.
- Existing rights to work in Ukraine.
- Extensive Project Management experience.
- Highly competent in using MS Office products in general.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in aerospace fabrication or manufacturing environment.
- 2 years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role.
