As a Security Officer Concierge Access Specialist in Newark NJ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a residential location where you will greet residents and guests monitor access points support badge and visitor management and help address security-related concerns with professionalism and this people-first role you will bring strong communication integrity and teamwork to create a welcoming presence while helping to support a reliable and responsive environment.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents visitors and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures access control practices and front desk support activities.
• Monitor lobby and entry activity check in guests and/or vendors and communicate visitor policies in a courteous and professional manner.
• Respond to incidents resident concerns and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating issues according to site protocol.
• Complete required reports maintain accurate front desk logs and support security-related communications with property management and/or emergency contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state county and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
