This team partners closely across the organization to deliver practical innovative solutions from helping landfills improve compaction to supporting solar projects and mining operations with precision technology. Youll work alongside experienced teammates who are focused on real results strong partnerships and shaping whats next in these evolving industries.
What You Will Do:
- Own the customer experience lifecycle: onboarding adoption engagement and renewals.
- Be the customer advocate: by identifying friction points across Sales Account Management Service Support and Product teamsand helping drive smoother outcomes.
- Turn customer feedback usage trends into action: by gathering insights spotting patterns and translating them into clear recommendations for leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Partner closely with Product Management: to influence roadmap priorities based on customer needs and market feedback.
- Share the story with confidence: by preparing and presenting customer experience insights trends and recommendations to key stakeholders.

What You Will Need:
- Crossâfunctional collaboration: experience working closely with Sales Product Account Management and Support teams.
