• Designed and developed new Power BI dashboards to enhance visibility of logistics KPIs and operational performance.
• Managed maintained and continuously improved all existing Power BI dashboards within the logistics function.
• Improved logistics workflows by transforming manual processes into automated solutions.
• Enabled workflow digitization through tools such as Power Automate and reporting platforms driving higher operational efficiency reducing manual workload and improving data accuracy.
• Led initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence within logistics operations.
• Identified opportunities to integrate AI solutions for forecasting planning and process optimization.
• T Manufacturing (ITM) Ensured proper handling of secure IT device sensitive logistics data in compliance and promote digital awareness.
• Coordinated with HmjPICO team on access control governance and cybersecurity requirements.
• Track KPIs to evaluate process improvements and digital initiatives and support ad-hoc tasks from the manager.

Qualifications :

Education Background:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering Intelligent Business Logistics or related field.

Qualifications:

• 3- 5 years of working experience in Digital Transformation Automation and Logistics.

• Good communication skills in English both in reading and writing.

• Strong experience in Power BI or other data visualization tools.

• Knowledge or experience in digital transformation automation or AI initiatives.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
