Support QHSE Product under DISC and Transportation Scheme and Cooperate with ICC under DISC Product
- To perform administrative review of audit documentation for QHSE product.
- To print the certificate after cetification approval.
- To review and cooperate between ICC and local country on audit documentation to successfully gain certification decision.
- To monitor and ensure the certification process is done with the proper period of time.
- To monitor and review surveillance audit documentation.
Support Auditor Qualification Process of DISC and Transportation Product
- To prepare collect and maintain necessary documents for auditor / technical expert.
- To arrange and witness audit for auditor qualification process.
- To support industrial code allocation to auditors.
- To arrange required training for auditor qualifications.
- To maintain auditor/specialist qualification system database and record and update to related authority (if required).
Support Internal Audit and AB Audits
- To participate and support during Internal Audit and AB Audit.
- To update and maintain the certification client database in addition to inform the list of certified clients to Local AB in timely manner.
- To support document control under ISO/IEC17021-1.
