Junior Trainee Employment Law
Job Summary
Our experienced Employment Team works with clients from a wide range of sectors to address local and cross-border issues.
We not only cover the traditional areas of Employment law that many firms focus on but also more specialist areas that are increasingly relevant in the current financial climate such as remuneration reform regulatory investigations and corporate governance.
Clients ranging from global businesses to small enterprises have come to trust and rely on the experience of our dedicated teams based across our network of offices. To help clients keep on top of the risks and opportunities arising from changes in the law we track and anticipate the latest legislative proposals in the jurisdictions that are important to their business.
You will be given the chance to handle a variety of work and you will closely collaborate with our Employment lawyers and clients.
Specifically you will work together with the Employment Team in activities related to:
- Advisory (such as work councils and unions D&I boardroom and senior executive issues employment contracts)
- Transactional (such as employment aspects of M&A outsourcings relocations and restructurings)
- Remuneration
- Corporate Governance
- Employee incentives
Qualifications :
You will ideally be a newly graduated in Italian Law with a brief experience in the Employment Practice Area of a Law Firm and with a strong passion for labour/employment law.
You addressed your studies in Labour topics (for example you have written your thesis in labour law; you have participated in courses / seminars related to labour law; you have had some short internship experience in teams that dealt with labour law).
You will be a self-starter with a strong academic background a team player with strong communication analytical and drafting skills able to manage different work-streams.This should be high level and include a clear indicate of what experience may be relevant but should avoid demanding academic qualifications that are not necessary for the r
