Overview: To create customers for life through the delivery of the CertaPro Brand experience in a manner that ensures a quality job completed on budget while leading an team of skilled painters.
Responsibilities:
Overall management of interior and exterior painting projects
Delivery of an extraordinary experience to our customers and our company staff
Lead a crew of painters
Ensure that the entire painting crew is properly attired and the CertaPro Brand is represented on the jobsite as require
Ensure the painting crew acts in a professional manner
Communicates with the customer office and others in the business as required in a timely manner
Ensure that the Certainty Service System is being utilized through the production process
Qualifications:
Experience in a leadership role in a painting company
Experience in the planning of a painting project or other relevant projects to ensure customer satisfaction and a job completed on budget
Experience coaching a crew
Knowledge of how to address issues with customers staff vendors and supervisors
Ability to independently solve problems
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
Requirements:
Minimum of five years of painting experience verifiable through references
Compensation: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
