Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a dynamic Radiology/Cardiology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures ensuring high-quality imaging and delivering excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with established protocols
Operate imaging equipment to acquire diagnostic images
Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure accurate results
Maintain equipment and adhere to safety and radiation protection standards
Accurately document procedures and patient information
Requirements:
Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT-N or NMTCB preferred)
Active state licensure (if required)
Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
