Were now seeking a passionate and skilled Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our talented culinary team and bring their flair to one of Sydneys most exciting dining destinations.

What Youll be doing:

• Work alongside our Executive and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional breakfast dining experiences.
• Lead the morning shift by example supervising the kitchen in the absence of the Executive and Sous Chefs while guiding junior team members.
• Prepare and present dishes with precision creativity and consistency.
• Ensure high standards of food quality safety and presentation across all sections.
• Support menu development mise en place and maintain stock control and cost efficiency.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Relevant culinary trade qualifications with proven experience in a similar role ideally in a hotel environment.
• Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary Australian cuisine and seasonal produce.
• A passion for flavour presentation and continuous learning.
• Calm under pressure with great teamwork leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining food safety and WHS standards.
• Be flexible to work on a rotating roster.
• Have full working rights in Australia.
