Job Summary

Pay Rate -$37.13 per hr including casual loading (penalties)

Days & Hours:Monday to Friday shifts between 7am and 5pm

Job Brief/Overview

Duties:

Looking for someone with Contact Centre experience including use of CRM preference for Salesforce

Customer Service

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Dealing with complaints regarding services and providing solutions
  • Advising customers of issues with grease traps (OHS SW regulations etc)
  • Monitor & respond to email in shared mailboxes
  • Booking scheduled services
  • Dispute resolution
  • Updating services with new information (POs Access requirements etc)

Accounts Receivable

  • Billing customers (External Transporters Returned & Confirmed jobs)Emailing invoices to customers with copies of service dockets
  • Providing copies of invoices
  • Credit Processing
  • Debt recovery

Other Administration

  • Customer Communications
  • Customer update letters
  • Safety issues as reported by drivers
  • Access Requirements
  • Weighbridge monitoring

Required Experience - Experience with Office 365 suite (Word Excel Outlook)
