Team Lead Data Architecture

We are looking for an experienced data platform professional with several years of handson experience in building operating and evolving data platforms at global scale.

You bring a strong blend of architectural expertise technical depth and leadership maturity and you are comfortable taking responsibility for the data platform covering architecture implementation and reliable service delivery from concept to production in a missioncritical enterprise environment.

Together with the Data Governance team Data Consumption team (BI Analytics AI) and the Platform Operations Team you are jointly responsible for a stateoftheart businessoriented data platform and actively drive its continuous and sustainable evolution.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in designing operating and scaling enterprisewide data platforms in an international environment
• Handson experience with modern cloud data platforms ideally based on Azure Databricks including related ecosystem components such as dbt and data cataloging / governance solutions (e.g. Witboost Collibra or comparable tools)
• Strong ownership mindset for the ongoing improvement of platform architecture engineering practices reliability and operational excellence
• Clear customercentric mindset with a strong focus on user adoption service quality and stakeholder satisfaction
• High commitment to delivering reliable highquality data platform services that meet business expectations in terms of stability performance and usability
• Strong interest in staying ahead of technological trends and translating innovation into tangible business value
• High level of resilience and the ability to perform in complex highexpectation environments
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills enabling effective interaction with IT governance analytics and business stakeholders
• Handson resultoriented approach with the ability to seamlessly move between strategy architecture and implementation
