Site Supervisor (Finishing Works)
We are seeking a Finishing Site Supervisor to oversee the final stages of construction projects before handover to clients. This role is responsible for ensuring all finishing works meet quality aesthetic structural and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise finishing works and on-site labour.
Coordinate subcontractors suppliers and daily site activities.
Ensure materials tools and equipment are available.
Conduct quality inspections and identify defects or snags.
Monitor site progress and report to management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Assist with project handovers and final quality checks.
1-3 years experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role preferably in finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Strong understanding of construction standards and site safety.
Excellent organisational leadership and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to travel to sites and work weekends when required.
Physically fit and able to work on-site.
