Job Summary
- Establishment and development of Heat treatment shop and Casting foundries management of problem-solving processes with suppliers process acceptance and routine audits.
- Support of selected suppliers within the scope of the Q-Focus program for Casting foundries and Heat treatment plant.
- consistent reduction of failure rates support for material field Casting (Ferrous Casting) overarching problems
- Coordination and implementation of measures in production processes and measurement technology with suppliers.
- Material field expertise feasibility study castings support for casting projects and Heat treatment process establishment.
- Support Purchase Works Quality in problem solving and escalations during the year of assigned suppliers
- Initiation of process optimization (lessons learned workshops)
- Analysis of causes for defective quality and initiation of remedial measures
- Implementation of qualification measures/workshops for existing (according to SOP) and new suppliers to improve continuous quality
- Participation in Supplier Assessments and QSL agreements monitoring Q key figures
Qualifications :
B.E. Mechanical preferably in Metallurgy with 11 to 15 years of experience
Preferably have professional experience in the production of Different Heat treatment process and Hydraulic castings (Ferrous casting).
