Summer Student Office Administrator
Are you looking for a summer job in a youth-focused organization where you can be part of the support team working together for the purpose of helping youth discover hope and reach their potential If so we are currently hiring an Office Administrator.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Willing and able to work evenings and weekends for programs or events
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within teams
- Strong computer organizational time management and administrative skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Ministry Operations Manager in carrying out specific operations to support the work of Youth Unlimited.
- Project management
- Event planning and follow up
- Promotion and enhancing use of social media
- Fundraising activities and grant writing
- Plus ongoing support to the staff team as required
This is a full time position (35 hours/week).The hourly wage for this staff position is $18 to $18. It is determined on a scale based on education and experience (0-5 years).
