Wereseekinga detail-oriented and motivatedMarket Research Interviewer to support an upcoming research closely with theResearchManagerand team to help coordinate and execute key components of the research process. This role is ideal for someone interested inoutreach user research or community-based research and who thrives in a flexible collaborative environment.
What Youll Be Doing:
Conductvirtual oron-site short interviews on consumer opinions
Record responses accurately and professionally by properly administering each survey without falsification of data and bias
Follow scripts while keeping the conversation natural
Using proper interviewing techniques and adhering to strict methodologies and guidelines
Meet assigned quota for survey collection
Record respondents answers with accuracy including typing respondents verbal answers to survey questions
Maintaina high levelof trust and integrity to promote a safe secure and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages
What Youll Bring Along:
Must be 18 years old or older
High school diploma or GED
Comfortable speaking with people from allwalks of life
Detail-oriented and dependable
Eager to learn about consumer behavior and research methods
Preference for Bilingual: Spanish
Job Demands:
Must be able tositwalk or stand for extended periods of time
Schedule:
- Part time: 10-20 hours per week
- Employment duration: 4-6months
Where:
Hybrid in-office. Seal Beach California
Compensation:
For California residents only - the hourly rate for this role is $20-$30.
The offered salary or hourly rate is based on several factors including but not limited to overall experience relevant experience education level certifications applicable skills and expertise and location of the position.
