As a Security Officer Front Desk Concierge in Jacksonville FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education and more. Pay Rate: $21.70 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures front desk protocols visitor screening practices and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an educational location.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting students staff visitors and vendors verifying identification and/or credentials and documenting entry activity according to site policies.
• Respond to incidents questions and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with campus contacts supervisors and/or first responders as needed.
• Answer phones assist with directions and general inquiries and support a professional front desk presence while observing and reporting unusual suspicious and/or security-related activity.
• Complete required logs reports and incident documentation and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent attention to front desk procedures and location rules.

Minimum Requirements:

• Certified Protection Officer certification is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• An armed guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
