Position Overview:
Berklee City Music Boston seeks a highly organized detail-oriented and student-centered professional to serve as a Temporary Enrollment Coordinator to support during a parental leave period. This role supports the annual City Music Boston application and enrollment processes including compliance tracking of enrollment items and immunization records data entry and accurate record keeping. This position supports the onboarding of approximately 200 students to the City Music Summer Scholarship recipients to Berklees Aspire: Five-Week Music Performance Intensive the City Music Preparatory Academy and the City Music High School Academy.
The ideal candidate is proactive comfortable managing multiple timelines simultaneously organized and detail-oriented skilled in student and family outreach and experienced with enrollment systems.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience managing enrollment systems and compliance tracking
Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members
Strong communication skills for interacting with students and families
Detailed data management and data entry skills
Great customer service
Strong follow-through
The ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Hiring Range:
