Critical requirements
- Educational or professional background in electrical or electromechanical engineering.
- Strong interest in working on AC substation projects.
- Availability and motivation to work in a site or yard environment.
- Affinity with offshore project environments particularly in the energy or renewables sector.
- Valid EU work permit or right to work in the Netherlands is required.
Important requirements
- Initial offshore exposure is considered a strong advantage.
- Experience or practical exposure in inspection testing commissioning maintenance or site execution.
- Ability to operate effectively within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
Nice-to-have requirements
- Exposure to HV/MV systems switchgear transformers protection systems or power distribution.
- Experience in offshore energy platforms shipyards heavy electrical installations or similar technical environments.
- Relevant safety certifications are an advantage.
