KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Water and Sewer Division is seeking an individual with industrial or construction experience for a casual full-time assignment. Work duties may include meter reading traffic control assisting the Water & Sewer Maintainers and other general labour duties.

Please note this is not a summer student position. We are looking for an individual who is available 40 hours per week for a 5-month assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Industrial outdoor construction or water and sewer experience
  • A valid class 5 drivers license is required but a valid class 3 driver license (with air endorsement) is considered an asset
  • A satisfactory Criminal Records Check completed prior to commencing work.

HOURS OF WORK AND RATE OF PAY

Hourly Rate of Pay: $28.27 per hour plus 4% vacation pay

Hours of Work and Duration of Assignment: 40 hours per week 5 months in duration
