Inside Sales Supervisor

Reports to: Managers in the Sales Department
Category: Non-Exempt
Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:30pm based in Griffin office (onsite)
Position summary: Support the sales team by owning administrative operational and coordination tasks so sales managers can focus on revenue-generating activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Operations Support
Maintain and update Microsoft Business Central (accounts contacts opportunities)
Track activity and ensure data accuracy
Generate weekly/monthly sales reports (as needed)
Administrative & Coordination:
Coordinate meetings demos and client communications
Handle order processing and internal handoffs
Cross-Functional Communication:
Act as liaison between Sales Managers Business Development Managers Quality Production and Logistics (and other departments if necessary)
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients (new customer registration)
Follow up internally on deliverables and deadlines
Process & Efficiency:
Stabilization of existing business
Help standardize templates workflows and documentation
Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Required Skills:
High attention to detail (non-negotiable)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Clear written and verbal communication
Proficiency or aptitude to learn Microsoft Business Central
Microsoft Office competency and computer literacy
Education and Experience:
- 2-3 years experience in a Sales support/customer service role
- Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics BC System is preferred
Success Metrics
BC and Excel data accuracy
Sales team satisfaction
Reduction in admin workload for sales managers
On-time completion of tasks and reports
