Job Summary

About the Role

Were looking for a 3D Motion & Marketing Designer to take full ownership of our brands visual storytelling with a focus on 3D and motion content across social media campaigns product launches partnerships and events.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all 3D and motion design initiatives across marketing brand and product

- Conceptualize design and animate visuals for campaigns launches and social media

- Create 3D illustrations motion sequences and animations that reflect our brand aesthetic

- Build and expand our marketing design system

- Take ownership of projects from idea to final delivery storyboarding animating compositing editing and finishing

Requirements

- Expert-level motion design and animation (After Effects one or more 3D tools: Cinema 4D Blender Redshift Octane)

- Strong modeling lighting texturing and rendering skills in 3D

- High-end compositing and editing ability

- Strong understanding of layout typography and visual hierarchy

- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Bonus Skills

- Familiarity with sound design and audio sync for motion

- Comfort with video editing tools (Premiere Resolve etc.)

- Familiarity with Lottie and Spline

- Crypto/Web3 experience (nice-to-have not required)
