Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to support enterprise reporting and data integration initiatives within a regulated financial environment. This role focuses on enhancing existing integration processes managing the enterprise Power BI platform and delivering scalable reporting solutions across multiple business domains.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business intelligence data integration and financial reporting systems along with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Data Visualization

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports across multiple business domains
• Manage and support the enterprise Power BI Service environment
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting solutions across the platform

Data Integration & Engineering

• Support data migration transformation and integration from source to target systems
• Perform data migration testing validation and reconciliation
• Work with databases and data platforms including SQL-based systems and Snowflake

Functional & Business Analysis

• Translate complex reporting and business requirements into technical specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope objectives and deliverables
• Identify process improvements and implement data controls for reporting accuracy

Platform & Process Optimization

• Enhance CLM reporting and integration capabilities across the enterprise
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes
• Support continuous improvement of reporting and analytics infrastructure

Project & Delivery Management

• Support end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering to UAT and post-implementation review
• Manage documentation timelines and deliverables using enterprise tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Provide status updates and milestone reporting to senior leadership

DevOps & Tooling Support

• Support version control and deployment pipelines (e.g. Git-based workflows Azure DevOps)
• Assist with job scheduling and automation tools
• Support audit requests and compliance-related reporting

Leadership & Mentoring

• Guide and mentor junior team members
• Support knowledge sharing and best practices across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
• 7 years of experience in IT business analysis or related roles within financial services
• Strong expertise in Power BI development and reporting solutions
• Proficiency in SQL Oracle Snowflake and data integration tools
• Experience with reporting design and visualization tools
• Strong understanding of financial reporting or CLM-related processes
