Job Summary
Hiring: Ansible Automation Engineer (68 Years Experience)
Eindhoven Netherlands (Onsite)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months
We are looking for a skilled Ansible Automation Engineer to join our team in Eindhoven. This is a fully onsite role for a professional with strong experience in automation infrastructure as code and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain Ansible playbooks roles and inventories for infrastructure and application automation
- Implement and manage Git-based workflows (GitLab/GitHub) including branching strategies and CI/CD integration
- Integrate automation with orchestration tools such as Rundeck Ansible Tower/AWX or Jenkins
- Develop scalable automation using YAML configurations and Jinja2 templates
- Write and enhance Python scripts for automation logic and custom modules
- Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize performance and reliability
- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to promote automation best practices
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible
- Solid experience with Red Hat environments
- Working knowledge of Terraform
- Proficiency in Git (GitLab/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with orchestration tools (Rundeck AWX Jenkins)
- Strong skills in YAML Jinja2 and Python scripting
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities
Nice to Have
- Advanced Ansible expertise (E2 level or equivalent)
- Automation-first mindset with a focus on scalability and maintainability
