We are seeking a skilled Deskside Technician End User Computing (EUC) to provide on-site technical support across corporate environments.
In this role you will be responsible for troubleshooting maintaining and supporting end-user devices and systems ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). You will act as a key point of contact between users IT teams and business units to resolve technical issues efficiently.
What Youll Do
You will:
Provide on-site technical support to end users in line with SLAs
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software incidents
Install upgrade and maintain desktops laptops monitors and peripherals
Support network connectivity (LAN/WAN access printers file services)
Configure and maintain network printers and scanners (including TCP/IP setup)
Deliver break/fix support for end-user devices and non-warranty assets
Support and configure mobile devices and mobile computing platforms
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce recurring issues
Provide VIP support for senior stakeholders and specialized equipment
Manage printer configurations and queues based on requests
Track incidents and service requests using ticketing systems
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
What Were Looking For
35 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) or deskside support
Strong experience with Windows environments (Windows 7/10)
Hands-on experience with device installation configuration and troubleshooting
Knowledge of imaging tools (e.g. Ghost MDT)
Experience with data backup and recovery tools (e.g. USMT)
Understanding of network configuration and connectivity
Experience supporting enterprise-level IT environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
