Job Summary
Client - One of the Top Gaming companies from India with a Global presence
To build and manage a robust pipeline of investment merger and acquisition targets across the gaming digital content and creator economy sectors conducting end-to-end deal execution from sourcing to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Building & Sourcing: Proactively identify research and reach out to potential gaming studios tech platforms and content companies (buy-side).
- Strategic Analysis: Analyze the competitive landscape of the gaming industry to identify inorganic growth opportunities.
- Due Diligence: Conduct detailed financial operational and strategic due diligence on target companies.
- Valuation & Modeling: Build financial models synergy assessments and valuation analyses.
- Transaction Execution: Support negotiations transaction structuring and documentation.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal leadership external advisors and target company founders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 410 years of experience in Corporate Development Investment Banking Venture Capital or Strategic Consulting.
- Sector Knowledge: Deep passion for and understanding of the gaming landscape (mobile PC console esports).
- Analytical Rigor: Strong proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling and data analysis.
- Communication: Excellent networking and negotiation skills to manage the outreach funnel.
- Education: MBA or similar degree in Finance or Strategy preferred.
