Position: Health Operations Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30$65/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Design realistic end-to-end healthcare workflows that challenge todays best models.
- Grade agent performance in scenarios across revenue cycle and claims healthcare administration and clinical documentation support.
- Build scenarios in areas like claims submission denial appeals medical coding in ICD-10 and CPT and patient communications.
- Develop challenging scenarios requiring long sessions of focus.
- Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3 years in healthcare operations revenue cycle management or medical billing and coding.
- Working fluency in at least two of: ICD-10 / CPT coding claims workflows EHR systems (Epic Cerner Athena) or HIPAA compliance.
- Comfortable with healthcare artifacts like claim forms and coded charts.
- Clear written communication; articulate reasoning and decisions step by step.
Preferred
- CPC CCS or equivalent certification.
