Corporate Associate Attorney

Location: Wheaton Illinois

Mission Recruiting is representing a well-respected law firm that is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 8 years of experience to join a sophisticated corporate practice. This role involves handling complex transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions divestitures debt and equity offerings restructurings entity formation and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on corporate and transactional matters
Handle M&A divestitures and restructurings
Counsel on debt and equity offerings
Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
Guide entity formation and governance
Lead transactions and manage deal teams
Maintain client relationships
Participate in business development initiatives

Qualifications:

8 years of corporate law experience
Strong transactional and M&A background
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to manage complex matters independently
Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

Base salary of $150000$170000 DOE with performance-based bonus tied to collections
