Digital Solutions Consultant (Adobe Commerce / Business Analyst)

Position Overview

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Digital Solutions Consultant (DSC) with strong Adobe Commerce (Magento) experience and a solid background in business analysis and functional consulting.

This role will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring that ecommerce requirements are clearly defined documented and translated into scalable Adobe Commerce solutions.

This position requires a hands-on detail-oriented professional who can support end-to-end ecommerce implementations from discovery through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements for Adobe Commerce initiatives
• Translate business needs into clear user stories functional specifications and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of ecommerce features and integrations
• Support end-to-end Adobe Commerce (Magento) implementations including catalog checkout promotions and payment workflows
• Facilitate workshops discovery sessions and stakeholder alignment across business and technical teams
• Ensure data integrations and platform configurations align with business requirements and best practices
• Identify gaps risks and optimization opportunities across ecommerce experiences
• Act as a liaison between product business and development teams to drive successful delivery

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience working with Adobe Commerce (Magento) required
• Experience in a Business Analyst Functional Consultant or DSC role within ecommerce environments
• Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience writing:
  • User stories
  • Functional documentation
  • Acceptance criteria
• Solid understanding of ecommerce workflows (catalog cart checkout promotions payments)
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (business product engineering)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEM AEP etc.)
• Familiarity with system integrations (ERP CRM payment gateways)
• Experience in agile delivery environments

• Location: Norman Oklahoma
• Work Model: On-site (5 days per week)
