Sr. SAP Order-to-Cash Analyst (SAP Delivery)

ABOUT THE POSITION

As Columbia Sportswears SAP Order to Cash Software Analyst you will collaborate on production support and project initiatives within SAP AFS Sales & Distribution module. As an Order to Cash team member you will identify and recommend process improvements and configurations to SAP AFS SD module. This work will include building partnerships across business and IT teams to document functional requirements create functional design documents and perform functional unit and integration tests. You will be involved in a mix of production support and new projects designed to advance Order to Cash capabilities across Columbia Sportswears portfolio of brands and regions.

HOWYOULLMAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Work with business users to gather business requirements and develop system solutions
• Configure and support SAP AFS order to cash processes including sales order management customer master pricing deliveries invoices and inventory management
• Work closely with the development team to deliver functionality that involves changes in ABAP code
• Perform and document unit and integrated testing to support bug fixes and new functionality
• Support end user testing
• Design solutions to resolve complex business and system issues
• Requires working in a team environment and collaborating with the business other SAP functional teams and GIS partners
• Document functional specifications business requirement flows work Instructions and test scenarios

YOU ARE

• Collaborative able to work in team and cross functional environments. Here youll work with business users other SAP functional teams and CDT partners across various regions.
• A highly detail-oriented systems analyst with deep experience inSAP application configuration and operational delivery.
• Experienced with a proven ability to work closely with engineering teams to directly influence and deliver functionality that involves changes in ABAP code.
• A strong executor who thrives on solving problems through hands-on system work and cross-functional collaboration.
• A clear communicator who can translate business needs into technical configurations and explain system behavior to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive team player who takes ownership of system stability and continuous improvement.
• Eager to share knowledge and mentor; comfortable conducting one-on-one training to teammates and business users.

YOU HAVE

• Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field required
• 5 years experience as a Business Systems analyst
• A minimum of two years working in SAP ECC Sales and Distribution role
• AFS experience a plus
• Strong knowledge in configuration and functional design of the SD module
• Experience working with IDocs
• Team player with strong organizational skills
