Associate Channel Development Manager
Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary Job Function
Support the development of a sustainable channel strategy for non-target hospitals (private and rehabilitation hospitals). Manage sales and forecasting for non-target hospital channels (private and rehabilitation hospitals). Manage commercial system and report ( eg. MDM)
Core Job Responsibilities
Assist the people manager in formulating and executing the sales development plan process and strategy for non-target hospitals.
Achieve sales targets for non-target hospitals by:
- Conducting market analysis to evaluate and select the most suitable hospitals and partners.
- Developing and implementing detailed execution plans and processes.
- Organizing training sessions product usage introductions and managing complaint cases in non-target hospitals.
- Continuously motivating stakeholders and ensuring 100% delivery of results.
- Building brand awareness and increasing market share in the non-target hospital segment.
Commercial data and system management
- MDM management
- Discount application
- NT-Hospital cooperation process
- Regular commercial report management
Minimum Education
- Bachelors Degree or above
Minimum Experience/Training Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related industry with at least 3 years in sales.
- Strong understanding of both strategic and tactical aspects of sales development.
- Solid business acumen and analytical skills.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong bias for action.
- Proficient in conflict management and resolution.
