Job Summary

Bossy Beulahs is a scratch kitchen that serves honest food made with care. Our chicken sandwiches tenders and sides are prepared fresh and cooked to order every day. We keep things simple execute with consistency and rely on strong teamwork every shift.

We are hiring a Restaurant Team Member for our Concord location. This is a hands on role where you will be part of a team that works hard and supports each other through every service. You will move between the kitchen and the front counter assist guests prepare food and help maintain a steady flow from order to pickup. Pay starts at $13 per hour and with shared tips team members typically earn $16 to $19 per hour.

We are currently hiring for part time evening shifts. Availability for nights and weekends is required.

What Youll Do

Handle opening and closing responsibilities including cleaning organizing and resetting the restaurant
Set up and maintain proper mise en place for each shift
Complete prep tasks and keep daily prep lists current and accurate
Follow recipes and procedures to ensure consistency in all products
Keep kitchen and front counter areas stocked and organized throughout service
Take guest orders at the counter and ensure accuracy in orders and payments
Communicate clearly with the team to keep service running smoothly
