Assist two lead teachers with daily classroom tasks.
Assist and/or lead small group work for enrichment and reinforcement.
Assist in carrying out a variety of age-appropriate and theme-related activities.
Assist the lead teacher in leading supervising and providing classroom structure.
Provide on campus supervision for play areas to ensure childrens safety and learning.
Supervise lunch every day.
Provide support and supervision of off-campus excursions.
Maintain an organized and efficient classroom.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in a related field.
Previous experience in grades 3-5 preferred.
Interest in teaching Mathematics; Experience with Math in Focus preferred.
Experience teaching in an independent school preferred.
